New to DPCC: "New You" Weight Loss Programme.

New class on Monday mornings at 10.45am

Our "New You" weight loss programme will run every Thursday from 6.15 - 7.00pm and 7.00-7.45pm where you will meet your instructor and be weighed and measured.
*Following your weigh in you will be given advice in nutrition and exercise*
*Exercise programmes prescribed*
*Specialised talk every 2 weeks*
*Reward for every 10th consecutive class attended!*
*€5 for DPCC members €7 for non members*
