Core Circuit:Circuit class based in the gym, using stability balls. Resistance exercises and or cardio machines.
Gym Circuit:This great class takes any boredom out of working out in the gym, mixing cardio machines with weights, and toning exercises this is one you will really enjoy!
Spinning:Excellent Fat burning class, performed on a stationary bike, 30 minutes of Spin can burn up to 600 calories!
Step: Excellent Step class, this class is both for the step fanatic and a beginner to step, great way to burn calories and tone the lower body.
Rebounding: Rebound Aerobics is a low impact fat burning exercise that improves balance and coordination and it is fun and energising! Rebound Aerobics is an aerobics workout based on a rebounder or a mini exercise trampoline.
Rebound Tone: Rebound tone combines rebounding and some great toning exercises using the rebounder excellent cardio and toning class suitable for all levels.
Fit Ball Tone: This is an excellent toning class using the fit bass & different posture exercises, while getting an excellent toning workout you will also improve, posture, core stability & flexibility.
Body Tone: Excellent new toning class to DPCC, using our new Body Bars creating all over body toning workout.
Abs Attack: 15 - Min of pure abdominal work think flat toned stomach!
Spin Circuit: A mixture of Spin & a toning circuit to give you the perfect fat burning & toning class.
Metabolic Circuit : incorpoates body weight excercises with fat burning excercises to kick start your metabolism into a fat burning furnace, you will burn fat during the class and up to 2 hours after.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE:
1. Please bring water & towel
2. Please arrive 5 mins before class start time
3. Infom instructor of any illness or injury
4. Classes are limited to 24 people
5. Spin Classes are limited to 11 people
6. Rebounding is limited to 14 people this class must be booked in advance
Classes are open to non members, €8 per class or €12 for 2 classes on the same night.
