Everyones favourite cardio class on spinning bikes. Finishing off with ab exercises /toning.
Cardio Circuits
Circuit class incorporating full body movement in a cardio vascular atmosphere to burn body fat.
Boxing/Kickboxing
All level circuit fitness inspired by boxing/kickboxing techniques. This is a class that will empower you! Jab, cross & hook your way to fitness with this fun innovative class.
