Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Donabate Portrane Community Centre, Portrane Road, Donabate, on Tuesday 29th October 2024 at 6.00pm.

1. Opening Address by the Chairperson of the company.
2. Approval of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive and consider the report of the Directors and the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2023
4. To receive the report of the General Manager
5. To receive the report of the Treasurer
6. To elect Directors in place of those retiring (in accordance with the Constitution of the Company) and to elect new directors.
7. To note that the auditors of the company will continue in office in accordance with section 383(2) of the Companies Act 2014 and to authorize the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
