Gym

A modern Gym which boasts Techno gym strength equipment. This is the same equipment whcih has been used in 5 Olymic games. With over 30 work stations, private assessment area, separate ladies weights area, 2 fitness studios and a choice of 14 fitness classes per week to suit all levels of fitness

Health suite

A traditional Finnish indoor sauna which is an intense dry heat to promote skin exfoliation, tissue toning and relaxation.
Aromatic steam room - eucalyptus vapor is used to cleanse the body of impurities and revitalize the mind.

Coffee shop

Here at the Craicpots we believe in using fresh, local, ingredients. We make the most of seasonal produce and change our menu regularly. We serve breakfasts, tea and coffee all day and light lunches between 11:30am and 4pm
